The process

Three steps to a finished booklet

I.

Paste your notes

Supplier confirmations, PDF text, email threads, handwritten ideas — drop them in whatever order they arrived. The AI handles the structure.

II.

Review the parse

Your content arrives organized by day and block. Edit anything that needs adjusting. Add your agency voice. Approve the layout.

III.

Publish a branded URL

Your logo, your colours, your contact details — delivered to clients at a permanent link they'll open on the plane and revisit for years.

Some trips are simply holidays. Others — and this is one of them — are the kind a person remembers in the small hours of a winter morning, decades later, in a single image: a tower against a sky, a glass of something cold, a hand reached for across a balcony rail.

Brand alignment

The booklet looks like your agency.

Your logo

Your agency mark on every cover and every page, exactly as you've built it over years of client relationships.

Your colours

Primary, accent, and paper tones drawn from your brand — not ours. Each booklet is unmistakably yours.

Your signature

A closing note in your voice on every booklet. The advisor relationship, expressed as the last thing your client reads.

A note from the founder

I built the original itinerary by hand — not this software, but the actual document — for my own trip to Italy in the summer of 2026. My wife and I were spending eleven days across Stockholm, Florence, Rome, and the Sorrentine coast. I wanted something that felt like the trip deserved. I opened InDesign. Four hours later I had twelve pages, a revised opinion of my spare time, and a fifty-megabyte PDF my clients would never open.

The trip was wonderful. The deliverable, eventually, became this product. Signature Itineraries is what I wished had existed that afternoon: a tool that makes the quality automatic, so the advisor can stay focused on the curation — which is the irreplaceable part.
